The Chamberlain Forum is extending the offer of FREE training sessions to a limited number of community groups and organisations at a venue of your choice.

Six sessions are on offer (on a first-come basis during September – November).

Training will cover the following topics:

• Effective Management Committees & Governance
• Good Practice Standards & Evaluation
• Developing a Fundraising Strategy

The Criteria for these sessions are as follows:

1. To qualify organisations need to be charitable or not-for-profit and based in Birmingham
2. Organisations need to have 6 to 12 participants available for the sessions (preferably made up of participants from more than one organisation)
3. Participating organisations would need to provide a venue and basic refreshments *

Sessions will initially be run in June & July (evenings and some weekends negotiable)

* Chamberlain Forum is prepared to contribute to the cost of refreshments
